We collect account details you provide (name, company, business email, phone, country) and security telemetry sent by agents you install (hostnames, IPs, MAC addresses, process names, event logs, posture).

Telemetry is stored per tenant and used solely to provide detection, response and reporting to that tenant. We do not sell personal data.

Transactional emails (verification, alerts, digests) are sent through our email provider. You can adjust recipients in your console.

You may request export or deletion of your organisation's data at any time via admin@dsouzainfotech.com.

We retain audit logs for compliance purposes for up to 24 months unless law requires otherwise.
